We have an opportunity available to join our team at The Dandys Derrynoose.
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Office Administrator Within our Sales & Dispatch office.
The job will entail working along side current office staff fulfilling day to day administration.
The role will consist of some of the below duties :
* Dealing with telephone calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
* Liaising with third-party couriers.
* Point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries.
* Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as requested.
* Receive and process sales orders online, or via phone and email.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Packages
* Ability to work independently and have a great work ethic
* Ability to work within a fast moving team.
Desirable Criteria & Experience:
* Previous admin experience in a busy Agri Supplies, Retail, Hardware Supplies or Motor Factors will be an advantage but not necessary.
* Previous marketing experience would also be an advantage but not necessary.
* The job will consist of a 5 days a week within a six day rota Monday - Saturday
