Phlebotomist – Part-time / Flexible, Fixed-Term Contract
Applications are invited for this position from suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
The role will be compensated at the first point on the salary scale.

Responsibilities
Provide phlebotomy services to the laboratory, ensuring accurate sample collection and patient care.
Participate in a Saturday morning phlebotomy rota if adequately trained.
Qualifications
Hold a phlebotomy qualification at QQI level6 or higher
Hold a certificate in phlebotomy from DIT/DCU National Ambulance Service College or an equivalent qualification
Be registered in the General Division of the live register maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland
Have experience in phlebotomy
Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Be flexible and capable of working independently and as part of a team
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical work habits
