We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Programme Manager to lead transformative initiatives within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for driving change. You will develop and articulate a clear vision for change aligned with Musgrave's strategic goals, possess analytical skills to assess complex situations, and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Change Management: Implement strategies to support transitions and ensure sustainable outcomes.
* Programme Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end change programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and values.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders and retail partners to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption of initiatives.
* Project Management: Develop detailed project plans focusing on change components, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and risks.
* Data Analysis: Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Process Analysis & Mapping: Evaluate and document current and future business processes for optimization.
* Training and Support: Provide training to help employees adapt to new systems and processes.
* Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of process changes, decisions, and outcomes.
* Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for process enhancement and innovation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
* Proven experience in programme management or business change, preferably in retail.
* Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
This is an 18-month contract.
