About the Role
The Team Lead will support the Residential Services Manager in delivering a quality client-focused service.
* Implementing and ensuring HIQA regulations and Rehab Care standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer-focused service.
* To manage the day-to-day delivery of a truly person-centered service for all clients.
* To liaise with families, and other personnel as directed by the Centre Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the staff team within the respite service, maintaining staff rotas, training, leadership, supervision, support/care plans, and communication across various staff shifts.
Role Requirements:
* A proven track record in staff management and leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
