Job Overview
This is a key position within a well-respected organisation requiring a strong, competent site manager to commence on an hourly rate.
* Prior experience managing large-scale builds, commercial space or residential projects is essential.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for safety, quality and management of the programme.
The role offers high earning potential with rates up to €40.00 per hour (100k on standard working hours) as a PAYE worker or self-employed at up to €50.00 per hour (€115,000+ on 50 hours).
This can be a short-term stopgap or a long-term prospect with the contractor having work for the next 5+ years currently on their books.
