Job Title: Project Coordination Specialist


The role of a Project Coordination Specialist is crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.



Key Responsibilities:



* Project Planning and Coordination: Support project managers with planning, coordination, and delivery tracking to ensure timely completion of projects.

* Task Management: Maintain accurate project schedules and RAID logs to facilitate efficient project execution.

* Reporting: Prepare and present regular project reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and potential roadblocks.

* Financial Management: Assist with project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation to ensure alignment with company objectives.

* Resource Allocation: Help manage project resource allocation and utilization, ensuring optimal use of available resources.

* Process Improvement: Drive consistency in project management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices throughout the organization.

* Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project control standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency.





Requirements:



* Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project analysis role - ideally within technology or consulting.

* Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

* Tools and Systems: Experience with project management or ERP tools; hands-on NetSuite SuiteProjects experience is a distinct advantage.

* Skillset: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

* Collaboration and Adaptability: Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
