Responsibilities (Text Only)

2. Equipment and Systems Operations - Serve as an operations specialist in one or more major areas (e.g., electrical, mechanical, controls, generators) and handle advanced tasks independently.
- Oversee and coach the team in inspecting critical environment-related facility equipment (e.g., controls, HVAC, mechanical systems) for unsafe or abnormal conditions, developing and analyzing trends.
- Monitor performance using telemetry, control systems, and other platforms, identifying all alarms.
- Utilize internal CMMS to track equipment assets, complete work orders, and generate reports on outstanding and ongoing work.
- Respond swiftly and lead onsite incident response for abnormal conditions, coordinating with other professionals for repairs.
- Develop and follow emergency operating procedures (EOPs), methods of procedure (MOPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to incidents.
- Gather information, create incident timelines/data, conduct root-cause analyses, and identify action items following abnormal conditions.
3. Equipment and Systems Maintenance - Guide, oversee, and perform various maintenance types (planned, predictive, corrective) and repairs following MOPs and SOPs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one type of equipment, overseeing daily tasks and troubleshooting within their expertise.
- Have hands-on understanding of equipment operation and troubleshooting within trained disciplines.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring safe and proper execution of work.
- Participate in initiating third-party work, ensuring proper energizing/de-energizing of systems, and compliance with safety and legal standards.
- Advise junior colleagues on inspection and supervision issues and provide troubleshooting consultation.
4. Critical Environment Culture - Follow and coach on safety and security requirements, business processes, and procedures.
- Proactively ensure safety and security standards are met, maintaining safe working conditions and escalating unsafe conditions immediately.
- Assess resource and equipment needs to support EH&S objectives.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and handoffs as required.

Qualifications (Text Only)
1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND experience in mission-critical services (e.g., data centers, refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing).
2. Or equivalent experience.
3. Previous control room experience.
4. Legally authorized to work in Ireland.
5. Ability to work shifts, including non-standard hours, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Higher education or technical certifications with relevant experience in mission-critical environments.
2. People management experience.
3. Experience in specialized fields like mechanical, electrical, or controls.
