Maintenance Technician Job
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of production and packaging lines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, with experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and respond quickly to breakdowns on high-speed production machinery and packaging equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults on PLCs, drives, sensors, motors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in strict adherence to site Health & Safety policies and Food Safety/Hygiene standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or Engineer.
* Proven multi-skilled capability, including experience working with PLCs.
