A leading multidisciplinary engineering and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of complex pharmaceutical, life sciences projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural and construction informationLead technical design development across complex projectsEnsure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and statutory consent processesSupport planning, FSC/DAC, and BC(A)R submissionsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Structural, MEP, and Project ManagementAttend client, design, and site meetingsDeliver projects within fast-paced environments and compressed timelines
Requirements
Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline10+ years’ post-graduate experience, including senior/lead project exposureStrong experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial, or complex commercial projectsHigh proficiency in BIM/RevitStrong technical detailing and construction knowledgeKnowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, FSC/DAC, and BC(A)R processesExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
Desirable Experience
