**Job Title:** Store Sales Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Administrator to join our successful local business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing store and online general public and wholesale orders across various products. Full training will be provided to applicants who possess excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide product advice to customers, answer delivery and order queries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
* Receive and process sales orders.
* Speak with couriers, organize, and follow up when necessary.
* Handle telephone reception duties.
* Perform general office administration tasks.
Requirements:

* Reliable transportation.
* Willingness to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
