This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid working model.
About The Role
As a Clinical Innovation Program Management – Associate Director, you will join a collaborative team providing project management expertise to Data, Design, and Clinical Innovation. You will develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and documentation to support innovative technologies for registration, launch, and lifecycle management. Strong project management, communication skills, and the confidence to raise issues are essential.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans, support cross-functional teams, and maintain co-development plans for clinical innovations, including biomarkers and medical devices.
* Foster collaboration in a matrixed environment, ensuring timeline adherence and budget tracking.
* Manage day-to-day operations, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinate follow-up activities.
* Collaborate on budgeting, forecast external costs, and support finance meetings.
* Identify and communicate potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure partner concerns are addressed.
Your Experience
* Life Science degree with extensive project management experience in pharma and at least 3 years in biomarker/translational or IVD environments.
* At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of design control, requirements management, and diagnostic development.
* Strong planning, tracking, and resource management skills.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
