Overview
Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist role at Common Thread Collective (CTC). The position focuses on driving client success through strategic forecasting, execution of growth strategies, and transparent client communication. You will represent CTC’s approach to media acquisition and Growth forecasting, partnering with clients to achieve measurable growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead development of accurate strategic forecasts guiding clients toward their goals and ensure seamless execution translating forecasts into growth.
* Maintain transparent communication with clients about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts.
* Act as a representative and advocate for CTC’s approach to media acquisition and its tools.
* Set high standards for execution; ensure delivery of high-quality work with accountability and autonomy.
* Collaborate with team members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) and manage your pod’s tasks with attention to detail.
* Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System; analyze data to inform strategic plans.
* Monitor active campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to meet daily projected targets, and implement tests to improve performance.
* Communicate daily performance updates to clients and align strategy with forecasts on a weekly cadence.
* Contribute learnings to the system for continual improvement and support cross-team collaboration.
* Operate in a client-facing capacity and support client goals with data-driven decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong data analysis skills; familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets; willingness to develop advanced skills on the job.
* Excellent communication skills in English; ability to craft client-facing messaging and present ideas clearly.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
* Proven track record of structured thinking, problem solving, and strategic planning in ecommerce or related fields.
* Autodidact mindset with curiosity, resilience, and the ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.
What Success Looks Like
* Maintain a delta within 5% of the Forecast and deliver high-quality results using the Prophet system.
* Meet deadlines, hit daily project targets, and sustain high client satisfaction.
* Contribute to team discussions and company content; drive growth and innovation.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary trajectory includes progressive milestones: first month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month typical around $7,000; 1st year $64,000–$76,000; 2nd year $100,000–$120,000. Final compensation depends on client load and performance.
