Specifications Technologist Dublin €42-47k (DOE) An exciting opportunity to join a growing food manufacturing business as a Specifications Technologist, supporting the development and launch of innovative products for Own Label customers. This role involves working closely with customers, NPD, Quality, Production, and Packaging teams to ensure accurate product specifications, smooth project delivery, and full compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The role: Manage product development projects from concept through to launch. Liaise directly with customers to gather project details and specification requirements. Complete and maintain accurate product specifications and development documentation. Work closely with the Development Chef and NPD team to support product launches. Ensure specifications comply with customer, legal, and food safety requirements. Participate in HACCP activities and support food safety compliance across the business. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products meet quality, production, and packaging standards. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date. About you: Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline preferred. HACCP certification essential. 23 years experience in a specifications, technical, or quality role within food manufacturing. Strong understanding of food safety, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
