Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate the assigned HR team in Ireland.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR team, addressing any operational issues.
3. Monitor team members' progress on assigned tasks, removing obstacles when necessary.
4. Provide guidance and logistical support to team members to complete their tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification is required.
* At least ten years of prior relevant HR experience, preferably gained in a similar environment.
* Proven exposure to various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
