Were looking for a confident and experienced HR Managerto join us on a 18 month specified cover contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same.
This is a hybrid role, with two days per week based at our Dublin Head Office.
About the Role Reportingtothe Headof HR,youllleadabusy HRteamandactasatrustedadvisorto our Café managers and wider business.
This is a hands-on generalist role suited to someonewhothrives onvarietyandknows howtokeepthewheelsturningwhilealso driving strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead andsupportthe HRteamto delivera best-in-classservice Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, and people matters Manage and continuously improve policies, processes, and our HRIS system Drive key people initiatives around wellbeing, engagement, and performance Champion recruitment best practice and ensure a strong pipeline of Café talent Support the development of Insomnias Employer Brand and EVP Stay ontop of employment law changes and lead compliance efforts across the business Fosteracultureofinclusivity,continuousdevelopment,andoperational excellence What Were Looking For At least 5+ years' experience including 3+ at mid/senior level Proven track record of leading a team and influencing across all levels Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Strongcommunicatorwiththeconfidencetoleadfromthefront Experience using HRIS, ATS, and data reporting tools Passionateaboutpeople,solutions-focused,andalwayswillingtorollupyour sleeves Why Join Us?
