Job Description
The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, providing support and guidance to individuals with intellectual disabilities in their own homes and communities. This will involve developing and implementing personalized support plans, promoting independence and autonomy, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum qualification: QQI Level 5 Major Award in Intellectual Disability Practice or equivalent
* 3 years experience working in a Local (Day) Service/Community House
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administration, organisational, logistical and IT skills
* Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship
* Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
