We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in our ALPI business – the Chief Risk Officer and the Director of Strategy & Governance. This is a key role that helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, enabling our leaders to focus on what matters most. You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and events, and support governance and communication across the business. Duties & Responsibilities
* Diary Management Proactively manage busy and frequently changing calendars, ensuring meetings are prioritised and time is used effectively.
* Travel Coordination Organise national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
* Expense Management Process and reconcile expenses in line with internal policies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
* Event Planning Coordinate internal and external meetings, townhalls, offsites, and team events – managing logistics, materials, and communications.
* Administrative Support Prepare briefing packs, presentations, and reports. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Risk Awareness Apply strong risk awareness in all aspects of the role, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and internal controls.
Skills & Experiences
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders You’ve worked as an EA to board-level or C-suite executives and understand the pace and professionalism required.
* Strong administrative and IT skills You’re confident using Microsoft Office at an advanced level and can quickly learn new systems.
* Highly organised and detail-focused You’re great at juggling priorities, staying on top of deadlines, and spotting the small things that make a big difference.
* Resilient and adaptable You stay calm under pressure and can flex your approach when priorities shift.
* Professional and personable You’re comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external guests, always representing the business with confidence.
* Collaborative and communicative You build strong relationships across the business and know how to manage expectations with care and clarity.
