Your day to day:
1. Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers
2. Drive revenue growth and exceed KPIs
3. Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s
4. Identify process barriers and improve productivity
5. Ensure high-quality sales execution and operational excellence
6. Support recruitment and onboarding of top sales talent
7. Maintain client SLAs and performance standards
Compensation package:
You'll earn a €55, base salary, plus a €2,–€4, sign-on bonus and up to €25, in commission, depending on performance.
Your requirements:
8. Proven experience leading a sales team, ideally in digital marketing or agency environment
9. Strong understanding of agency dynamics and advertiser management
10. Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
11. Experienced in hiring and team development
12. Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
