Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Executive
Annual Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Skerries, Co Dublin
Job Type: Full-time, In-office (Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of residential property transactions from initiation to completion.
Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and file-management standards are consistently met.
Assist with Stamp Duty, Land Registry filings, and billing processes.
Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with an eye for detail, and an ability to organise, manage, and prioritise work efficiently.
Maintain excellent communication channels, both written and oral, with all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years' conveyancing legal secretary/executive experience.
Strong knowledge and interest in handling residential property transactions.
Experience in CORTBase or similar case management systems is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work on own initiative and run files independently.
Excellent administrative capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
