Digital & eCommerce Marketing Executive / Part Time Hybrid Model...Dublin Our client is a highly reputable technology supply chain business seeking an eCommerce Digital eCommerce Marketing specialist to join their teams. Salary: €20K - €22K, healthcare, excellent hybrid. 16 hour week. The Role: Supports the ongoing development and execution of digital marketing and eCommerce activity across UK and European markets. Working closely with the eCommerce management team, you will help optimise online sales performance, support brand growth initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Monitor and manage marketing budgets, campaign spend and overall performance metrics Maintain and optimise product listings to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates Coordinate the creation and updating of digital advertising assets and promotional content Assist in developing marketing strategies using data insights, SEO, PPC, social media and paid advertising tools Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activity with stock availability and promotional schedules Track and analyse key business KPIs, adjusting campaigns and strategies where necessary Support the introduction of new vendor partnerships and assist with presentation or onboarding activities as required The Candidate: Previous experience in marketing, eCommerce or digital advertising roles, ideally with exposure to online retail platforms Relevant qualification, certification or equivalent practical experience in marketing or eCommerce Strong communication and organisational abilities with confidence working across teams Comfortable using Microsoft Office and reporting tools for campaign and sales analysis Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Familiarity with major eCommerce and advertising platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Google Ads, Meta platforms or TikTok Understanding of digital marketing metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPC, keyword performance and conversion analysis Experience preparing reports and using data to support brand growth and commercial decision-making Skills: Digital & eCommerce Marketing essential Qualifications in marketing and or eComm Second language a plus Must be happy work Benefits: Healthcare Excellent Hybrid model
