This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical skills, and can navigate challenging issues with professionalism and discretion.What You'll DoInterpret and enforce platform policies, including Community Standards, Advertiser & Commerce Policies, and Intellectual Property Regulations.Investigate and resolve high-priority escalations, including legal rights infringements and partner inquiries.Collaborate with global teams (Legal, Public Policy, Product, Operations) to develop solutions for complex cases.Analyze escalation trends and provide insights to improve processes and policies.Handle sensitive content with care and professionalism.What We're Looking For2–3 years of experience in online operations, escalations, project management, or similar roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage high-pressure cases and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Fluency in Japanese (required).Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Public Policy, or related field.Experience with analytical tools (Excel, SQL).Knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends.
