Tax consultants will have the opportunity to undertake and participate in a diverse range of high-impact tax projects, providing tax advisory services to entrepreneurs building successful businesses.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing tax planning advice, including succession planning and restructurings for privately owned businesses and partnerships.
* Property-based transactions, including VAT advice relating to such transactions.
* Company incorporations and structuring, dealing with ad-hoc income tax, corporation tax, VAT, and stamp duty queries.
* Supporting partners on tax engagements.
Requirements:
* A qualified AITI/CTA with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a tax consultancy role in a medium or large practice environment.
* Ideally ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified.
* Experienced across all tax heads.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to analyse and solve client issues in a proactive and practical manner.
* Commercially aware with a business-focused approach.
* Comfortable with developing and managing client relationships.
* An excellent communicator (written/verbal).
