Key Responsibilities:

* Facility Development: Oversee the development of new sports facilities and associated capital projects.
* Team Management: Manage senior leaders and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with long-term goals.
* Culture Champion: Champion a culture that embeds sport, wellbeing, and inclusion across the organisation.

Requirements:
