The team owns and develops the user experience for the Workhuman You are viewed as a role model to other engineers and actively mentor less experienced engineers on the team by providing guidance and support when needed.
**The skills you bring:** Strong experience in production-grade Machine Learning models, Agentic AI and their deployments on the cloud (at least 2+ years).
Senior-level understanding and proficiency in software engineering concepts (SDLC), from translating requirements to technical assignments, to basic foundations like DNS, Databases (SQL & NoSQL), cloud computing (AWS or others), Linux, Git, etc.Expertise in designing and implementing scalable ML/Development leveraging 5-7+ years of experience.Proficiency in developing and optimising data pipelines for large-scale ingestion, transformation, analytics, and real-time querying.Experience building backend integrations with AWS services (ECS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, Neptune, CloudFront, ALBs, Amazon Redshift).
Experience in building secure, reliable, and performant services, leveraging AWS, and observability tooling (Splunk).
Knowledge of Git and collaborative engineering practices to drive quality and consistency.
