Senior F&B Operations Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior F&B Operations Lead to oversee the management of our food and beverage services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional guest service standards, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, lounge, banqueting, and room service
* Lead and develop a high-performing F&B team
* Maintain exceptional guest service standards and drive customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Senior F&B professional in a hotel or high-volume hospitality venue
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
