Job Overview:
This leadership position oversees the supervision and administration of technical staff and services within a department. The role will report to the Head of Department, who may assign it to another department as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement craft apprenticeship programs
* Provide technical support for apprenticeship staff at SETU Waterford Campus
* Liaise with faculties and departments in SETU Waterford and other services such as Health and Safety, Finance, and Estates
* Foster initiative-taking, leadership, and teamwork among staff
