Oral Surgery Dental Implantology Receptionist duties
1. Answering telephone call and email queries.
2. Scheduling patient appointment.
3. Managing email communication and patient requests with discretion ans sensitivity.
4. Managing confidential patient information.
5. Communication with hospital and consultants.
6. Billing patients and reconciling accounts at end of day.
7. Vhi/Laya/Irish Life claiming.
8. General office duties such as scanning and matching to patient records.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal, commincation and telephone skills.
Excellent IT skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience of medical/dental practice software ( R4 Practice Manager is our software)
Ability to multitask in a busy environment essential.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Flexibility to cover additional hours such as annual leave/sick leave.
Experience:
At least 2 years medical secretary/reception experience in practice preferred.

Expected hours: preferably 40 per week 9/6
