As we continue to build our talented kitchen team for ****, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join us.
Job Summary:
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining high culinary standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative and ambitious kitchen in a dynamic, food-focused hospitality group.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section at all times
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Support junior kitchen staff with training and guidance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a similar role
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid work authorisation for Ireland
Own transport is beneficial due to rural location
