Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist
This role combines in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales) with strong functional expertise in business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, configure and customize the D365 F&O and CE modules.
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Integrate D365 with Power BI and third-party logistics systems via Dataverse and Azure Logic Apps.
* Develop custom entities, plugins and workflows using C#, X++ and JavaScript.
* Conduct user workshops, gather functional requirements and create technical design documentation.
* Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers and external vendors.
* Support data migration, testing and post-go-live stabilization activities.
