Engineering Process Automation Leader
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the design, prototyping, assembly, development, and troubleshooting of highly complex automation systems in support of new product launches.
* Lead the identification of risks, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolve issues, etc. in collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
* Experience in automation deployment.
* Track record in managing technical and/or automation disciplines and/or agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven project management leadership skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Solidworks.
