About The Role The Workforce Analyst is responsible to the Workforce Analytics Manager. The purpose of the role is to contribute to the Hospital post approval process, manage Staff Requisition Form (SRF) workflow and maintain accurate data on the HR post management system. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of accurate and accessible workforce data, and for assisting with the preparation of reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
