TPMs will drive execution excellence, ensure alignment between technical and business teams, and deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from concept to delivery.Define program scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and drive issue resolution with clear communication.Develop and maintain documentation, roadmaps, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.Manage program governance, reporting, and stakeholder updates at various leadership levels.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and collaboration.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical infrastructure concepts.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to synthesize technical detail into clear updates.Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).Preferred QualificationsExperience in a large-scale, global tech environment.
