Job Title: Accounts Supervisor
To supervise the accounting team, manage financial transactions, prepare financial documents and ensure accurate reporting in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily sales accounts operations (Issuing of invoices, credit notes, PO requests).
Supervise and support existing accounting admin staff.
Prepare financial documents for designated client accounts
Review and approve invoices, payments, and journal entries.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial reports for internal reporting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
3–5+ years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Sage).
Experience of working with CRM and Cloud Based Software Systems

Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
