Carey Tools is one of Ireland's largest and oldest indigenous tool and plant hire companies.
We are currently looking for a Yard Assistant to support our Light Plant Fleet Depot.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring the quick turnaround of hire machines upon return – inspecting, cleaning, and refuelling.
Updating maintenance records.
Organising the yard and surrounding area, prioritising cleanliness and tidiness.
Assisting customers and our drivers with loading and unloading machines, towers, etc., using forks or manually.
Reporting damages or missing items when equipment/machines are returned.
Assisting our fitters in maintaining the fleet.
Fluency in English is essential.
Ideal candidates will be team players and able to work independently.
The position is full-time and based in Doughcloyne Industrial Estate, Wilton, Cork, with parking available and also serviced by public transport.
