Product Manager - Developer Experience Location: Waterford (Hybrid) Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 DOE A global technology leader is seeking a Product Manager to join their Developer Experience team, helping shape next-generation tools that empower developers worldwide. The role focuses on improving usability, performance, and integration across core developer products in the AI era. You'll act as a key bridge between engineering, product strategy, and the developer community - driving solutions that simplify how developers build, deploy, and scale software. Responsibilities: Define and manage the product roadmap for developer-focused tools and integrations Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases Engage with users and stakeholders to translate complex technical feedback into clear solutions Research emerging technologies and incorporate innovation into product evolution Analyse user behaviour and product metrics to inform decision-making Requirements: 3+ years' experience in product management within a technical or developer-facing environment Strong understanding of modern developer workflows, CI/CD, and cloud environments Background in computer science or a related technical field Proven communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable collaborating across global teams and working in agile environments Desirable: Experience in AI-enhanced developer tools or open-source platforms Knowledge of SaaS products and developer ecosystems Data-driven approach to product development Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
