Career Decisions has an extensive range of multinational and blue-chip clients across the public and private sectors nationwide.

We are currently recruiting a Client Relationship/Business Development Lead to join our team. This is a hybrid role based out of our Limerick, Cork or Dublin Client Services Centres.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic affiliations.
* Develop and deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals tailored to specific needs and objectives.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing clients.
* Manage and oversee large-scale client programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
* Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients to assess needs, review performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards through proactive follow-up and relationship management.
* Drive business growth through networking, market research, and tender submissions.

Skills & Personal Traits

* Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a Business Development or Client Relationship Management role, with a strong track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
* Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
* Strong proposal writing and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
* Highly organised, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant business tools.

Education & Experience

* Proven experience in client-facing and business development roles, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
* Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and/or Coaching is highly desirable.
* Relevant qualifications in HR, L&D, Business, Marketing, or Coaching (or equivalent).
* Full, clean driving licence required.
