The Role Provide expert advice to clients on pension planning, retirement options, and long-term financial security Manage and develop a portfolio of individual and corporate pension clients Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant financial products Stay up to date with the latest pension legislation and regulatory changes Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and proactive service Ensure all activity complies with Central Bank requirements and internal compliance procedures What You'll Need A QFA qualification (Qualified Financial Adviser) - essential At least 2 years' experience selling pensions (not just pension administration) Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities Excellent communication and organisational skills A full clean driver's licence Skills: QFA Pensions Financial Services
