Job Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join a global leader in flexible workspace solutions in Ireland.
This role is key to generating new revenue from large organizations through proactive outreach, strategic relationship building, and full-cycle deal management across national and international markets.

What will you do?
* Drive new revenue by sourcing, engaging, and converting enterprise clients (200+ white-collar employees)
* Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — across multiple geographies
* Build C-level relationships and develop account strategies to grow existing business
* Collaborate with brokers and real estate advisors to expand market reach
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
* Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B solution selling with a focus on enterprise accounts
* Skilled in independently sourcing and progressing long-cycle deals
* Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to exceed revenue targets
* Experience in commercial real estate or flexible workspace is a plus
* Comfortable navigating global, matrixed environments and cross-functional teams
* Native in Irish
