Finance Transformation Lead
We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to join our team and drive ERP implementation success.
* Lead the finance module implementation on our ERP system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business and system requirements.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scripts, and support system and process training.
* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of bugs, defects, or process gaps.
* Conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
* Perform data analysis and reporting to inform business decision-making.
* Map and document end-to-end financial processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to meet business needs.
* Support the migration from legacy systems by mapping data structures, defining transformation rules, and validating data accuracy through reconsolidation and testing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and ERP implementation, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
