IT Support Specialist Position
A career opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Specialist to join our team on a 12-month initial contract with possible extensions.
The selected candidate will work 35 hours per week, based in Southeast Ireland, and be paid an hourly rate of €28.04 (approximately $31.40 USD).
* Providing onsite support at specific sites or multiple sites
* Prioritizing and managing Service Desk calls
* Troubleshooting hardware faults and referring them to third parties
* System administration using Active Directory
* Setting up and amending Windows accounts and mailboxes
* Managing generic NCHD accounts and profiles
* Broadband site support and troubleshooting
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience working in an IT Support environment
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Good problem-solving skills
