Job Overview
As a System Analyst, you will oversee the software development lifecycle for all enterprise and critical applications. Your key responsibilities will include collecting and transforming large quantities of information into meaningful business requirements; developing and modifying documentation for the design and implementation of administrative and clinical systems; critically evaluating information from various sources, distinguishing user needs from actual business needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in a hospital setting, supporting patient administration systems, electronic medical record systems, radiology/PACS systems, and healthcare information technology. They will also possess a good knowledge of GDPR and patient data, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
In addition to technical expertise, you will be expected to demonstrate a team-first approach, embracing collaboration and providing feedback to complete individual and group efforts. You will also be responsible for demonstrating appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications in all interactions.
