Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of all food and beverage outlets in a hotel. This includes maximizing revenue, managing payroll costs, and ensuring excellent communication exists within their department and with other departments.
They will also be responsible for the ongoing training and development of all team members within the department, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver 4/5-Star hotel food and beverage standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Maximize revenue by effective management of the hotel's operations across food and beverage outlets.
* Manage payroll costs of this department.
* Organise the efficient operation of all food and beverage outlets in the hotel.
* Staff communication and training, mentoring and development of each employee.
