Clare, is seeking a talented and passionate Head Bartender to lead the team at our charming Corkscrew Bar.

Key Responsibilities
Elevate the Guest Experience: Provide a warm, professional, and personalised service, ensuring every guest interaction in the Corkscrew Bar is exceptional.
Anticipate guest needs, remember preferences, and foster a welcoming and indulgent atmosphere.
Innovate the Cocktail Programme: Design and develop creative and innovative cocktail menus that align with our luxury brand and incorporate local and seasonal ingredients from our organic garden where possible.
Drive Sales and Revenue: Actively promote and upsell our extensive beverage offerings, including a large selection of organic and bio-dynamic wines, premium gins, and Irish whiskeys, to maximise bar revenue.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all bar operations, including inventory management, stock control, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the management team and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and cohesive food and beverage experience across the hotel.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a high-end hotel or a luxury environment.
Exceptional knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and current beverage trends.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on exceptional customer relations.
Strong business acumen, including experience with stock control, inventory management, and driving sales.
A professional and courteous manner, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of personal hygiene and presentation.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operations.
