Human Resources Manager Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning and luxurious hospitality organisation based in County Cork in the recruitment of a Human Resources Manager. Reporting into the General Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the entire HR function across the organisation to ensure its continual success, whilst availing of a highly-competitive pay and benefits package.
Responsibilities
1. Construct and implement HR strategic initiatives and strategies aligned with the organisation's vision and goals.
2. Lead recruitment activities to attract and retain high-quality candidates across all departments.
3. Develop and monitor employee engagement activities and recognition programs to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work culture.
4. Create and modify HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and organisational objectives.
5. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and career development.
6. Review and modify current remuneration packages to reflect industry standards.
7. Act as an HR advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
8. Conduct HR reporting to monitor retention, recruitment costs, and engagement levels.

Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Manager
* HR Degree or equivalent qualification
* Preferably experience in the hospitality industry
