Member and Digitisation Support Executive Location: Dublin 2 or Hybrid/Remote arrangements The Member and Digitisation Support Executive will act as the first point of contact for members, providing high-quality support and guidance as they apply best practice in their profession.
The role will also play a key part in advancing the organisations digital strategy, supporting policy development, and contributing to the delivery of data-driven insights and resources that enhance member value.
This role is with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) Key Duties & Responsibilities: Member Support Act as liaison and first point of contact for members, addressing queries on professional practice and standards.
Examples of typical member queries include: Support with professional standards and codes of practice, such as service charge budgets under the MUD Act.
Directing for advice on technical and policy matters including digitisation, sustainability, and general regulations.
Assistance with gaining access to member digital tools and platforms, including use of relevant online calculators or systems.
Responding to urgent queries and providing backup support to reception staff when required.
Monitor changes impacting members and support the development of practical guidance and resources.
Draft policies, guidelines, and member communications on digitisation, sustainability, and related programmes.
Policy & Research Contribute to research and policy projects, supporting the production of data-driven submissions, reports, and publications.
Assist in gathering and analysing member data to inform organisational priorities and policy positions.
Support the development of guidance documents to help members navigate emerging industry trends.
Digital Strategy & Programme Support Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to support the implementation of the digital strategy.
Assist with the design and delivery of digitisation initiatives that add value to the member experience.
Governance & Administration Provide administrative support to committees, working groups, and stakeholder forums.
Manage member data including CRM administration, survey design, data collection, and analysis.
Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned, contributing flexibly to organisational priorities.
Key Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with members and stakeholders.
Excellent writing ability, with experience drafting clear policies, guidance documents, and communications.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in handling data, surveys, and CRM systems.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong professional relationships.
Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
Interest in digital transformation, sustainability, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Experience: Third-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., policy, communications, digital transformation, data analysis, or related discipline).
Previous experience in a membership organisation, professional body, or similar environment is desirable.
Experience in drafting policy documents, reports, or guidance materials.
Competence in digital tools, CRM platforms, and survey design/analysis.
Knowledge of digitisation, sustainability, or professional standards (advantageous but not essential).
