The role of Recruitment Executive presents a unique opportunity to drive talent acquisition and management strategies across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK. As part of our in-house recruitment team, you will work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify and recruit top talent for various engineering roles, operations and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet business needs.
* Source, screen and recruit high-quality candidates through effective job postings, resume screening and candidate management.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
* Manage a portfolio of openings, ensuring excellent records are maintained in our ATS system.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with full-cycle recruitment experience.
* Strong influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
