Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our corporate communications strategy, develop the organisation's reputation and relationships.
* Manage and deliver a comprehensive corporate communications strategy.
* Provide strategic advisory communications services to the CEO and Executive Leadership team.
* Responsible for reputation management, identifying and prioritising emerging issues and handling these in a timely manner with the ability to assess risk and influence outcomes.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure business priorities are met.
* Key professional within the business on crisis and issues management.
* Work closely with regulatory colleagues to develop and execute public affairs strategies aligned with business goals.
* Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that could impact the organisation.
* Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, agencies, and policymakers.
* Identify key stakeholders (e.g., industry bodies, NGOs, community groups) and manage ongoing engagement with these.
* Strategic planning and effective delivery of B2B PR strategy to communicate key Business messages.
* Manage Business PR requirements ensuring a strong share of voice in the B2B space.
* Consumer PR Manage Consumer communication strategies as part of wider integrated marketing campaigns.
* Drive PR efforts to enhance brand visibility through developing and executing consumer-focussed campaigns.
* Manage the Consumer PR agency to deliver results, and media relations across consumer and lifestyle media.
* Leading work related to CSR initiatives in Ireland.
