Quality and Compliance Lead
Our team requires a professional to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Assurance program. This role is responsible for ensuring the program is executed efficiently, effectively, and in line with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor reporting and record-keeping across services, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Carry out regular audits and inspections to verify ongoing compliance, providing recommendations for corrective action where necessary.
* Prepare and submit reports and action plans within agreed-upon timelines, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
* Identify and document shortfalls in practice or policy compliance across services, escalating any breaches or safeguarding concerns as required.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives.
* Provide temporary support to Home Managers as needed, ensuring continuity of service and minimizing disruptions.
* Analyze data at the request of senior management, using insights to inform business decisions and drive performance improvements.
* Contribute to special projects as assigned, staying within the scope of this job description and adhering to organizational protocols.
