We have partnered with an international Real Estate advisor who is now expanding its Dublin office and hiring a Chartered Surveyor to join its growing team and work across multi asset property transactions.
Duties include:
Assist on real estate projects right the way through the development life cycle
Produce detailed values analysis plans
Produce and analyse development
appraisals / models
Assist the Development Advisory Director
with statistical analysis of the market
To assist with managing existing clients
whilst helping to acquire new and prospective clients
Requirements
Chartered Surveyor (SCSI / RICS)
Degree in Real Estate / Valuation /
Estate Agency or similar
4 -5 years' experience
in the property agency industry with multi asset experience
Well -presented and professional with a
flexible approach to work
Proven organisational skills and the
ability to meet deadlines
