Client Solutions Lead
required to support the growth of the business. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving commercial performance, and delivering compelling media and data solutions that support revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the achievement of business, sales, and revenue growth targets.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, developing opportunities for new and incremental business.
* Develop and deliver compelling commercial proposals and pitches aligned with client objectives and annual activity plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketing and commercial contacts to advance new business opportunities.
* Negotiate commercial agreements, including annual plans, rates, terms, and growth commitments.
* Analyse performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure commercial targets are met.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class retail media and data solutions.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or a related commercial role.
* Proven track record in negotiating and securing new and existing business.
* Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills.
* High commercial acumen with demonstrated success in building strong client relationships.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* Third-level qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Additional qualifications in Media, Digital Marketing, or Sales are an advantage.
* Knowledge of the FMCG or Retail sector is beneficial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
